Pricing

Great it looks like you are ready to take the next step in selecting your photographer and budgets are important.  So for now, you want to get an idea of how much things cost.

WEDDING

Weddings start at $1,900 (bare minimum, one photographer)  and customers normally spend around $3,500 with the engagement and digital release with their edited images from the wedding and two photographers.  

I give on average about 400 edited images.  I break the day down into:  pre-ceremony, ceremony, group photos and reception!  Also, if you would like additional coverage to complete your storybook and have me come the evening before for your wedding rehearsal, let me know.  I love capturing the day as it happens and for that reason we will sit down in person (a month ahead) to go over your wedding day timeline.  The timeline discussion, you will tell me where the groom and bride are getting ready and what times so I can be there accordingly.  We will plan out travel time in between salon, church and reception and make sure you will have enough time for the moments that matter the most to you.  It will also allow us to communicate with the rest of the family and bridal party, when and where they should be as well.  I love planning, so if you don’t, no worries I will help with this! 

All weddings require a $1,000 non-refundable retainer to hold your date and goes towards your total wedding package.  I can take cash, credit or check.  I offer a payment plan into four easy payments too.  So if you book me ahead of time, your payments will be spaced out nicely.  A wedding can be expensive so I hope to take some of the weight off your shoulders.  

 

ENGAGEMENT / FAMILY / PORTRAIT / EQUINE / SENIOR 

Digital Portrait Session ($650) This portrait session is all inclusive. You receive a consultation to plan out your session, up to a two-hour photoshoot at a Butler area location, professional editing, an online gallery with all the edited digital images, and a print & share release so that you can print your own images as often as you'd like, as well as share on social media. You have the option to also order professional prints a la carte.

 

Fine Art Session ($200 + print order) If you are looking for physical prints, wall art, or albums, this is the type of session for you. First, we'll meet or talk over the phone for a consultation, where we'll plan your photo session and discuss print options.  After your session, we will meet up again at my home studio for your reveal & ordering appointment. There you'll order any gift prints, albums, and wall art. The session fee is $200 for the photoshoot. Prints, canvas, and metal prints are sold separately at your reveal. Most people spend between $500-$2000 on print products.  There is no minimum order required.  Non-refundable retainer of $200 is required to hold your date for either package.  

Here is more pricing on products that are offered during your reveal and ordering session, that follows your session 4-6 weeks after.

• Prints start at $65 for 8x10 and under

• Wall art starts at $345 for 16x20 and up for Canvas Wall Art and Stand Alone Prints

• Acrylic Wall art starts at $550 for 16x20 and up

• Albums start at $800 for an 8x8, 20 page, fabric covered album

 

When ordering your custom artwork, you will put 50% down the day of placing your order.  The remainder will be due at pick-up, which is about 1 month after.  Albums are longer and usually 1-2 months depending if it's a family or wedding album.  

So for now, you should have a better idea of how much things cost.  If you want something different, feel free to ask for your custom quote if you do not see what you are looking for.  If you only need 3 hours of wedding photography, feel free to email or call and ask.
