Equine Photo Party

Looking for a new experience with your friends and horses? An Equine Photo Party is a fantastic way to combine fun, friendship, and photography, creating lifelong memories with horses and the people who love them! Bring your favorite appetizers and drinks and schedule a fun filled day with me, my camera, your horses and your friends!

The Equine Photo Party is a great way to host Elaina at your barn and split the travel costs as well as receive discounted equine photography packages. Each client can choose their own photography package. Your Equine Photo Party can be a combination of sale horse photo sessions, equine styled sessions, or black background sessions. The day is typically 8-12 hours per day and can sometimes include a two day stay depending on the number of sessions needed.

**The Equine Photo Party has a total minimum spend of $1500 per day (not including any travel fee).

**Client with the largest spend has first option for session scheduling. 

This package is designed for clients looking for a lower cost option. Photos can be of just your horse, horse & rider, or action photos.

• 30 minutes of coverage

• All images professionally edited & color corrected
• 5 Hi-Res digital images included (you can purchase more as an add-on)
• Online gallery to view & download images

INVESTMENT: $165

This is my mid-tier package and is designed for clients looking for multiple outfits and more poses than Package I. The additional coverage time will also give you more images to choose from compared to Package I. Just like Package I, photos can be of just your horse, horse & rider, or action photos.

• 1-2 hours of coverage 
• 2-3 Outfits
• Up to 3 horses
• All images professionally edited & color corrected
• 5 Hi-Res digital images included (you can purchase more as an add-on)
• Online gallery to view & download images
• Copyright release to print/share images

This is my most popular package and is designed for clients looking for all of the bells & whistles. This package includes all of your digital images as well as 4x6 proof prints of every image. It also includes a customized wooden storage box to hold all of the proof prints.

• 2-3 Outfits
• Up to 3 horses
• All images professionally edited & color corrected
• Receive all of your edited Hi-Res digital images
• 4x6 proof prints of every image
• Customized wooden storage box to hold proof prints
• 1 custom printed USB flash drive containing all the digital images
• Online gallery to view & download images
• Copyright release to print/share images

This package is designed for clients looking for sale horse photos. I will provide 1 photo of each side of your horse plus either a headshot photo, riding photo, or natural walking photo.

Here’s what you’ll get: 

• Up to 45 minutes of coverage 
• 1 Horse
• 4 profile images
• Your choice of either a headshot photo, riding photo, or natural walking photo
• Choose 5 images total, to be professionally edited and color corrected
• 5 Hi-Res digital images included (you can purchase more as an add-on)
• Online gallery to view & download images
• Copyright release to print/share images

This package is designed for clients looking for a black background session for sale horse photos. I will provide 1 photo of each side of your horse, plus a headshot on a black background. Photos will be of just your horse.

• 1 Horse - 4 profile images + 1 headshot
• Choose 5 images to be professionally edited on black background

This package is designed for clients only looking for a black background session and do not have any other session booked at the same time. Photos can be of just your horse, or horse & rider.

• Choose 2 images to be professionally edited on black background 
• 2 Hi-Res digital images included (you can purchase more as an add-on)

This package is designed for clients looking to add a black background session in addition to another session (such as a sale horse photo session, or an equine styled session). Sessions must take place at the same time and same location. Photos can be of just your horse, or horse & rider.

• 1 Horse - multiple poses
