Second time ever to Jackson and this time I was taking photos! Last year I was showing my horse and it was over 90 degrees. This time it was a high of 50, winds and frost in the morning! If you have never been to Henderson’s Indoor, it’s a nice big arena and Henderson’s Western Wear is across the street which is awesome to go shopping! If you have never been to the store, highly encourage you to visit! They also have a website too! https://www.hendersonswesternstore.com and if you need any help their staff is very helpful!
This was the first show of the year for Ohio Valley Reining Horse Association (OVRHA). Some exhibitors it was their first time to! So I was really happy to capture their VERY first time ever in the pen with some memories with photos! How cool is that! Reining is one of the hardest sports and so it’s a big deal to jump into the sport! I met a lot of new people this weekend and I thank everyone for your hospitality! It was really cold, thankful for the chicken noodle soup at the food stand. A good food stand at a venue is a must and that didn’t disappoint!
Congratulations to all the exhibitors and I hopefully captured some neat moments for you! Thanks for having me! Good luck the remainder of your show year!
Below you can view some candids I was able to sneak in throughout the day and then I also took photos of each rider and stayed until the very end! You can view and purchase your show photos and candid photos from my website.
Click the link below and check it out! You will have your own folder with your horse name/rider name.
